Bitácora
Early accessNever miss a deadline again — tasks, classes and files in one place.
Bitácora organizes a whole course. Each student sees their own tasks and the ones shared with the class; each teacher gets a panel to grade, take attendance and spot who is falling behind. It works offline, syncs on its own and your study files stay in your own Google Drive.
Key advantages
- Pending, overdue and delivered tasks, with clear urgency levels
- Reminders so you never arrive late to a deadline
- Grades and attendance for each subject, always at hand
- Class meetings with direct access (Zoom, Meet and similar)
- Study material shared by your teachers, by subject
- For teachers: attendance, official tasks and a risk panel

Under the hood
Manage academic tasks, meetings and study files by major and subject. Works fully offline using an encrypted local Hive cache and syncs with Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security) when the connection returns. Study files live in the student's own Google Drive under Bitácora/<Major>/<Subject>/, and the app keeps both sides in step through the Drive Changes API: a file dropped into the folder from a computer shows up in the app on its own, and one deleted from Drive disappears from the app. Google sign-in and deadline reminders, across Android, iOS, Linux and Web.
