Licitaciones CRM uses Google sign-in and Supabase to manage commercial visits, tenders and business relationships. This policy explains what data it collects, what it's used for, and how you can control it.
What data does Licitaciones CRM collect?
When you sign in with Google, Licitaciones CRM receives your name, email address and profile photo to identify you within the system. Within the app it also stores the companies, establishments, commercial visits, tasks and tenders that you register manually.
The system associates your Google account email with the visits and commercial actions you register, so the team can identify who performed each activity. Licitaciones CRM does not collect location data, device contacts, or other sensitive information.
What is this data used for?
This data is used exclusively to: authenticate and grant secure access to the app, record the authorship of commercial visits, synchronize and back up your local Isar database securely with Supabase cloud servers, and send local notifications for upcoming task and tender deadlines. It is not used for personalized advertising and is never sold to third parties.
Where is your data stored?
Operational data is stored locally on your device using the Isar database and synchronized through encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) with Supabase secure servers. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth via Google sign-in. These services may run in data centers outside your country, under their own security and privacy policies.
Guest mode (no account)
You can use Licitaciones CRM without signing in by choosing "Continue without account". In this mode, all data is stored only on your device and is never sent to any server. No personal information is collected.
Sharing with third parties
Your data is not shared with third parties beyond the technical providers that make the app work — currently Google (sign-in) and Supabase (database and authentication). We do not sell, rent or share your personal information under any circumstances.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account remains active in the app. You can request deletion of your data and account at any time by writing to the contact email below — your data will then be removed from Supabase.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and records at any time. To exercise these rights, write to cristian.bravo.droguett@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change too.
