CoroApp uses Google sign-in and Firebase to manage a choir's song repertoire. This policy explains what data it collects, what it's used for, and how you can control it.
What data does CoroApp collect?
When you sign in with Google, CoroApp receives your name, email address and profile photo. Within the app it also stores the choir you belong to, your voice type (soprano, contralto, tenor, bass or lead), and the playlists and songs you create.
CoroApp does not collect location data, device contacts, or other sensitive information.
What is this data used for?
This data is used only to authenticate you, show you your choir's repertoire filtered by your voice type, let you build and manage personal playlists for rehearsals, and — for choir leaders — manage songs and choir members. It is not used for personalized advertising and is never sold to third parties.
Where is your data stored?
Data is stored on Google Firebase services: Firebase Authentication (your Google sign-in credentials), Cloud Firestore (choirs, songs, playlists and user data) and Firebase Storage (per-voice audio tracks, lyrics and other media). These services may run in data centers outside your country, under Google's own security and privacy policies.
Sharing with third parties
Your data is not shared with third parties beyond the technical providers that make the app work — currently only Google (Firebase). These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account remains active in the app. You can request deletion of your data and account at any time by writing to the contact email below — your data will then be removed from Firestore and, as far as possible, from Firebase Storage.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal data stored about you, ask for corrections to inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data and account. To exercise these rights, write to cristian.bravo.droguett@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change too.
