Control Acceso is an access management application for security staff and administrators. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is stored, and your privacy rights.
What data does Control Acceso collect?
The application registers access logs for security purposes, including visitor names, RUT/DNI document IDs, vehicle license plates, destinations within the site, entry/exit timestamps, and optional entry photo attachments.
What is this data used for?
This data is used exclusively to maintain site security, manage pre-authorized visitor lists, verify blacklists, and keep an active log of vehicles and people currently inside the property. Data is never sold or used for advertising.
Data storage and synchronization
Logs are cached locally on your device (using Hive) for offline operation and synchronized over encrypted connections (HTTPS) with secure Supabase databases.
Permissions
The app requests camera access strictly for scanning QR passes or RUT barcodes, and storage access for optional photo attachments. No location data or contacts are requested.
